  • What does your partnership with Amazon mean?
There is a lot that comes with being partnered with Amazon. First, one does not simply partner up with them. They have to invite you and you have to met a very specific and strict standard they have. Second, It proves to our clients that a third party have verified that we are certified, licenced, bonded, and insured. Lastly, It allows for us to provide you with quality parts at a far lower price then if you went to Amazon yourself. We are also an Amazon Service Provider. So what this means is that if you, for example, bought a printer on Amazon and wanted it professionally installed, we would be the ones Amazon calls to have us set that up for you.
  • How does a typical repair take?
Most repairs usually take about a day as long as we dont need to order parts. If parts are required then the duration depends on how fast the postal service can get the parts to us.
  • Why are your laptops so much cheaper?
Our laptops we post for sale have been priced to be fair. We would much rather be reasonable and honest with our customer because we want to do more business with you in the future.
  • Are you Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?"
Yes and a great way to prove that is our connect with Amazon.com. In order for us to service Amazon customers we have to go through several background checks, provide our business license, show our insurance, and prove we are professionals at our job. Feel free to click the Amazon link at the top of this page to learn more.
  • Why do you not charge by the hour?
We dont feel that it is right for us to charge you per hour as it leaves room to inflat the cost to you. In order for us to provide the best and fastest service, we only charge a flat $70 fee plus whatever parts are required. Its a great way for us to keep your cost lower and keeps our staff honest. Honesty is really the best policy.
  • Why do you not list iPad Mini 3 as a tablet to repair?
Unfortunatly companies like Apple and Microsoft do not like for their products to be repaired. Apple designed the iPad Mini 3 to be nearly un-repairable.
